Rut in south Tennessee is usually mid-late November. Depending on the year, the peak rut could be the last part of muzzleloader season or the first couple of weeks of the rifle season.
We only take 6-8 hunters each year and prefer to take groups of 2-3 hunters for each 3 day hunt. You arrive for your hunt at Noon on Friday and hunt thru Sunday evening for a total of 5 hunts. You may hunt all day if you want. We may be able to offer additional days/dates for your hunt. Assuming we can work it out, additional days are $300 for bow, $350 for muzzleloader and $350 for rifle. Special packages can be worked on a case by case basis. We will do all we can to accommodate your needs and hunt dates. We require a 50% deposit up front to secure your spot.
Hunting licenses are not included in the hunt price. They are available online HERE or at local stores (there's one about 2 miles from the property). Hunters are required to wear Hunter's Orange during all firearm seasons.
